Best Western Springfield Hotel

I had a great time playing some games at the mini arcade and relaxing in the saltwater indoor pool! The staff were really accommodating. Just a heads up, the breakfast hours could be a bit longer, but it didn't ruin my experience at all 😊

The staff was awesome and very accommodating. We had a boat with us so Mike put us in an end room on the first floor near an exit so it would be easiest for us to load and unload our tackle to and from the boat. Breakfast was good and all ready by 7 am on the wknd. The location was perfect for us to get right to the boat ramp that was less than a mile away. We def will be staying there again in the future and would recommend this place to everyone!!

Only thing that could have been better was if the fish were biting.

Booked a room with comfortable bed.

Pool was too cold for my kid.

Breakfast was very good.. Lots of variety and hot things hot and cold things cold.. room and bath very clean and lots of towels etc.

We were kind of hot with the covers supplied.

The pools were not open when they were suppose to be, there staff put away the breakfast as we sat down to eat ten minuets before they were suppose to and you would think they would be courteous enough too let us get what we wanted to eat before putting it all away. We couldn't open our shades because there were Mac trucks running with lights on half the night

Things I wish I knew before I tried it

Nestled just 30 minutes from the Okemo Ski Resort, this spot is perfect for families. The staff is friendly, with Michael offering great local dining tips. The King Suite was clean and well-furnished, with a comfortable bed. The breakfast was hands down the best I've had at a chain hotel.

It was easy to get Wheelchair Accessible room with coffee and a king bed, as example and that's great. Location: the hotel was adjacent to the boat ramp that was less than a mile away, good restaurants, and the closest tower.

Location was very accessible to a lot of places. Hotel was very clean and staff was wonderful.

Couldn't use the pool due to the Chlorine odor. Usually an indication of chemicals not properly balanced.

The location is super convenient, just a short drive from ksbar & grille. The standout service from faye at the front desk, as she were great too ensure our group was taken care of. Her kindness.

The location of the hotel is perfect for my purposes, ideally situated on an interstate -- important in wintry weather. We were visiting people in Bellows Falls, Springfield, and the surrounding region. We liked the breakfast and the staff of the hotel. It was clean and very well supplied. I recommended highly for that area of Vermont.

I loved the cute atmosphere and how accessible everything was. The entrance was easy to navigate, and the lobby was beautifully decorated. The staff were genuinely thoughtful and attentive throughout my stay.

More seating options in common areas would be nice.

Price and location were very good for me.

Please place the butt can located right in front of door 4 to a location further away. Not fun to walk through a cloud of smoke and that end of the hall smelled because of the cigarette smoke.
